Janet Ruth Falon developed Words at Work in 1990 to help people in the workplace learn to write better, more comfortably, more quickly, and with greater confidence. Words at Work empowers participants to face a writing assignment head-on, and to accomplish it successfully, in a timely fashion.

In addition to the general Words At Work class, Janet also offers short workshops on writing minutes and email.

Words at Work teaches good writing skills, revision skills, and audience analysis. Participants learn:
